Starting one as a woman from half way around the world has been, well, it's been many things. There are many things I wish I knew or understood WAY before I started, and I spent 6 months and countless hours planning. I suspect I'm a tad autistic and adhd. Folks, I like research, so trust me when I say that the research, notes, and ChatGPT sessions were extensive.
